Stretton Sugwas Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan

This is the Referendum Version of the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Stretton Sugwas Parish.

Following submission of the NDP to Herefordshire Council in April 2019 and a further public
consultation, the NDP was examined from June to September 2019. The examiner’s report was
published on 24th October 2019 and this recommended that the Plan, as modified, should be
submitted to a referendum extended to cover the Parish of Stretton Sugwas as constituted on 1st April
2019.
The Plan has been prepared by Stretton Sugwas Parish Council and will be used to guide decisions on
planning applications in the Parish up to 2031, alongside the Herefordshire Local Plan Core Strategy
and National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
The Plan sets out the key planning issues for the Parish, and a Vision and set of Objectives.
