5) To receive declarations of interest and written requests fordispensation.
6) To receive views of parish matters from local residents (a maximum of 10 minutes allocated)
7) To receive a report from the Ward Councillor
8) Planning – To comment on planning applications determined by Herefordshire Council under clerk’s
delegated powers.
6.1 211105 – Thatched Cottage, Stretton Sugwas – re thatching existing thatched roof, Removal of existing UPVC windows and replace with energy efficient UPVC windows.
6.2 211106 – listed building consent for above.
9) Finance – To consider payment for:
7.1 Clerks salary as determined by agreed pay scale and budget
7.3 Request from SSPCC regarding donation towards running of parish magazine.
7.3 To note financial position in accordance with budget.
10) To discuss grass cutting at the War Memorial
11) To discuss parking and speeding at Morning Side.
